Founded in Fresno, California in August 1990, P.L. Borgardt & Associates ("PLB"), Inc. is a provider of medical therapy services. We work primarily in the area of Occupational Therapy, though also provide Physical Therapy and other services. We maintain an office in Fresno at 3677 West Beechwood Avenue.
Our storefront in Grover Beach, Mobility Therapy, where we provide rehabilitative and related products is also our "dba" name. We provide rehabilitative services there, though we are best known as an ambulatory medical therapy services provider.
In addition to the patients we service at our physical location we also provide therapeutic assessments and other services to individuals in their homes, hospitals, for home health companies, board and care facilities, and workmens compensation companies.
