Phyllis L. Borgardt is a licensed Occupational Therapist who graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, MO with a Bachelor of Science degree and M.O.B. from California School of Professional Psychology in Fresno, California. Ms. Borgardt is a native of California who relocated to the Central Coast to enjoy the coastal climate.

Currently Phyllis sits as the President of Mobility Therapy, a DBA of P.L. Borgardt & Associates, Inc. As a therapist Phyllis specializes in patient home assessments. She is passionate about helping customers with one on one individual attention to assure the best quality service.

Louise Barcus is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, MO with a Bachelor of Science degree. Louise is a native of Kentucky. She spent 32 years working in Southern California with California Childrens Services.

Louise is a RENSA® Certified Assistive Technology Professional. As a therapist Louise specializes in seating devices and mobility products. Louise brings a vast knowledge of specialized wheelchairs to the Central Coast. Louise sits as the Vice President of Mobility Therapy.

Gary J. Chambers is Mobility Therapy's Operations Manager. Gary is a native Californian with degrees in Journalism and Mass Communications from California State University, Fresno and is a RESNA® Certified Assistive Technology Professional.

Following gradution Gary made his home in the Seattle area for more than a decade. There, he was a small business owner specializing in high tech communication solutions. Gary is particulary proud of his work with the senior community, modifying existing computer equipment and software and offering training to those who would otherwise be unable to communicate with modern PCs.

Following a two-year stint living on the East Coast, Gary is pleased to have returned to California and again be directly involved in improving the quality of life for senior residents of San Luis and Santa Barbara Counties. Gary sits as Vice President on P.L. Borgardt and Associates Board of Directors.

Oveid Gonzales is Mobility Therapy's Product Technician and handles deliveries to facilities and customer homes.

Kelli Stein provides financial audit support for the Operations Manager.
