Phyllis L. Borgardt, CEO is a licensed Occupational Therapist who graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, MO with a Bachelor of Science degree and M.O.B. from California School of Professional Psychology in Fresno, California. Ms. Borgardt is a native of California who relocated to the Central Coast to enjoy the coastal climate.

Currently Phyllis sits as the President of Mobility Therapy, a DBA of P.L. Borgardt & Associates, Inc. As a therapist Phyllis specializes in patient home assessments. She is passionate about helping customers with one on one individual attention to assure the best quality service.

Gary J. Chambers is Mobility Therapy's Assistive Technology Profesional. Gary is a native Californian with degrees in Journalism and Mass Communications from California State University, Fresno and is RESNA® and NRRTS Certified.

Gary is pleased to have spent the last four years with Mobility Therapy improving the quality of life for senior residents of San Luis and Santa Barbara Counties.
